Oakridge Reignited
Rooted in Heritage. Rising with Purpose.
A community coming together to preserve what makes Oakridge extraordinary, and build the foundation it deserves for the next 45 years.
Our Mission
The Heart of Oakridge
Grounded in Values. United in Community. Committed to Excellence.
Oakridge begins a renewed chapter rooted in what has always defined us: faith, academic rigor, character, and love. Our community comes together with conviction to preserve something extraordinary, a place where children are known, challenged, and deeply supported.
We hold high expectations in the classroom while fostering respect, compassion, and a genuine sense of home among our students and families. A rigorous education and a genuinely warm community don't just coexist at Oakridge. They strengthen each other.
Character guides us.
Community holds us together.
Every child is known here.
A Fresh Start
It has been just a few days since Oakridge was saved from an acquisition that threatened to erase Oakridge's unique character and offering. Here's the roadmap ahead.
The Roadmap
Bring parents, alumni, and supporters together to give Oakridge the extra support it needs.
Build the organizational foundation Oakridge needs: a strengthened board, clear governance, and a multi-year strategic plan developed in partnership with the community.
Grow fundraising efforts by engaging families, alumni, and community partners to build the financial support this school deserves.
Create lasting financial stability so Oakridge is never again one difficult year away from crisis. An endowment built for the next generation.
Expand enrollment, strengthen programs, and position Oakridge to thrive for decades to come.
What Has Been Accomplished
- Bringing the community together to save Oakridge
- Establishing a direct connection between the board and the community
- Getting transparency into the solvable challenges that Oakridge has been trying to face on its own so that we can get the right help in place
What's Next
The Plan Will Be Built Together
We need people willing to bring their expertise, their networks, and their time to the table. The areas where help is most needed:
Helping Oakridge build the organizational foundation to carry the school forward sustainably, with structures that serve the school's mission for the long term.
Enrollment growth, program development, long-term positioning. Turning the community's energy into a real, durable multi-year plan.
Building the endowment and a systematic fundraising function so the school is never one hard year away from crisis again.
Professional expertise that small independent schools rarely have access to. If you have it, Oakridge needs you.

Oakridge Recognized
Oakridge school culture is transparent, principled, and forward-thinking, preparing students not only for academic achievement, but for lives of integrity, leadership, and service.
Founded 45 years ago on the belief that every child has strengths worth nurturing, Oakridge was built on character, faith, and the conviction that a school should be open to everyone who shares those values. It's the kind of school families come back to. Alumni send their own children here.
The Six Pillars aren't a poster on a wall. They leave a mark that lasts a lifetime.
